Interval Class

Our Interval classes are comprised of functional movements patterns controlled at you own intensity level. All workouts can be scaled according to the individuals needs.

CLASS SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday

  • 6 a.m.
  • 9 a.m.
  • 4:30 p.m.
  • 5:30 p.m. (Not on Friday)

SATURDAY:

  • 9 a.m.
