Functional Fitness

Our functional fitness classes are interval based, consisting of strength components and cardiovascular exercises. All movements are performed with free weights and functional machines (i.e. assault bike, rower, ski). These classes are completed at your own pace, and all workouts can be scaled to meet the individuals needs.
