HIIT Class

Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts are comprised of functional movements executed at high intensity. All workouts are designed to be scaled according to the client.

 

CLASS SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday

  • 6 a.m.
  • 9 a.m.
  • 4:30 p.m.
  • 5:30 p.m. (Not on Friday)

SATURDAY:

  • 9 a.m.
